This gate at the George Street entrance to Parramatta Park reminds me of city gates I’ve seen in various places overseas.
For a few years I went to the Good George café attached to its side. On Tuesday mornings before school, I’d have to get there early enough before the group of cyclists. If I arrived after them, instead of waiting five minutes, I’d be waiting twenty and I’d risk being late to school.
