Deen Sharp

Deen Sharp is a codirector of Terreform, an urban research studio and advocacy group, and a postdoctoral fellow at the Aga Khan Program for Islamic Architecture at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He is also coeditor of Beyond the Square: Urbanism and the Arab Uprisings (UR, 2016). Sharp’s work explores themes at the intersection of urbanization, social power, and political economy in the Middle East.
