Intan Paramaditha is the author of the short story collection Apple and Knife (2018) and novel The Wandering (2020), which was longlisted for the Stella Prize and awarded the English PEN Translates award. Her essay, “On the Complicated Questions Around Writing About Travel,” was selected for The Best American Travel Writing 2021. She is a Senior Lecturer in Media and Film Studies at Macquarie University.
