David Carlin’s books include The After-Normal: Brief, Alphabetical Essays on a Changing Planet (2019), 100 Atmospheres: Studies in Scale and Wonder (2019), The Abyssinian Contortionist (2015) and Our Father Who Wasn’t There (2010), and two anthologies of new Asian and Australian writing, _The Near and the Far, Vols 1&_2 (2016, 2019). David is Professor of Creative Writing and co-director of WrICE and the non/fictionLab at RMIT University, and the. Co-President of the international NonfictioNOW Conference.
