Michael Farrell

Michael Farrell is the author of Writing Australian Unsettlement: Modes of Poetic Invention 1796-1945 (Palgrave Macmillan), as well as chapters in the Cambridge Companion to Australian Poetry, and the Cambridge History of Australian Poetry. Michael is also the editor of Ashbery Mode (TinFish) and Out of the Box: Contemporary Australian Gay and Lesbian Poets (co-ed. Jill Jones; Puncher and Wattmann), as well as the poetry editor for Westerly. Creative titles include The Victoria Principle (short stories; Giramondo) and Googlecholia (poetry; Giramondo): the latter longlisted for the ASAL gold medal.
