On Location: Phillip Street
Parramatta: A Dictionary of Place and Memory - O
Walking to have coffee, I don’t register the number of vans. I feel out of it so maybe that’s why. On the return, I notice the vans, the cameras, the groups drinking coffee while huddled around a screen.
Then I see it. The bright lights over a man in a brown tweed suit, the same four steps, another take.
It’ll take time but it makes me happy that this tiny bit of Phillip Street will have another life in film.
