Table comparing arts funding in 2023 between Western Sydney and Eastern Sydney. Population: Western Sydney 2.62 million, Eastern Sydney 2.22 million. Federal arts funding: Western Sydney 3.4%, Eastern Sydney 23%. Per capita arts funding: Western Sydney $7.59, Eastern Sydney $54.95. Cultural infrastructure spending: Western Sydney $1.2 billion ($1.09 billion for the Powerhouse), Eastern Sydney $2.09 billion.

A commitment to per capita arts funding is just one of the recommendations of the report.
